progress...
...is something nice. Today I've tried modeling after reference material. At first it was a little awkward (the car I've built kinda looked like it's had a whole bunch of accidents in the recent past) but after a while results improved and for one day's work I am really satisfied.

I remember those holidays when it looked like every German had one of those VW's. Nice job though!
It's beautiful, but you'll have to climb in through the windows, because it has no doors :)
:) the doors are (among others) those further details I was talking about. Might sound strange, but they are actually one of my biggest concerns here.
