UPDATE: server's back online, I was busy understanding different renderers and made a big fat step forward; this might actually save me a lot of time without any loss of quality at all.
Without going into detail too far: a frame that used to take 1m17s is now rendered in 27s.
Still a lot to learn, apparently.

I twisted a few arms and bollocked Bert Kremer and now it's back on. It was probably a misstake of one of the ICT people. Upgrading a router and forgetting to put us back in the list ..
BTW design of your blog looks sober and great. Keep up the good work!
