getting started on character modelling / animation

preparing for the eindexamen I figured I should rather get busy with character development (since they are probably the best choice when it comes to storytelling.

here's a rough shot at one of my first models which I am still working on. using biped and bones systems I might just be able to figure out how to get that damn thing moving as well :)
